How do I create a course? i.e. Where do I click to create a course? The question seems so basic, yet I can't seem to find the link to do it...

...Looks like I have found it under "Request a new course"...

Perhaps this could be more appropriately labelled "Create a new course" with the logistics of the need for confirmation required shown after clicking? Otherwise it could effectively mean you want someone else to produce (a complete) new course...  which I took it to mean...

And maybe the instructions for naming a course could also be found on the "Request a new course" or  "Create a new course" page rather than in a seperate menu item. Most teachers will go to create a course will not first of all look at how to name it.
