The Peer Support Programme (PSP), Te Aka Akonga is a personal development programme led by senior students such as you.

You will be trained in helping younger students develop skills, knowledge and confidence to get along with people around them.

This programme is designed for you to help develop emotional and moral support to your younger peers whilst building strong and trusting relationships with students and adults around you.

You will develop leadership and mentoring skills over the course of the programme, and raise the self-esteem and confidence of younger students as they adjust to the changes of school life.
